For Restaurant Day, students practiced their food-related vocabulary at Lafontaine Park. Food such as schwarma, za’atar, and mac ’n cheese were prepared for and quickly snapped up by hungry and appreciative passersby.
Students and their families also had the chance to relax, talk, and play soccer with Say Ça volunteers and other Montrealers.
With all of the food sold by the end of the afternoon, the event was a rousing success!
